Ineligible Applicants Register

The Ineligible Applicants Register is used to record the details of persons who may be ineligible for the First Home Owners Grant.

For example, the register may be used to record persons who have been found to be ineligible for a jurisdiction's First Home Owner stamp duty concession, or who have been referred as known offenders through the Fraud Intelligence Network.

Only SRO users may access the Ineligible Applicants Register. To search and view the register, click on Search Register.

To add a name to the register, click on Add to Register. SRO users with a user role of Compliance, Supervisor or Administrator may add names to the register.

When new applications are entered into FHOG Online, then names of all applicants are checked against the Ineligible Applicants Register. When a match is found, the new application is suspended.

SRO users with the Supervisor or Jurisdiction Administrator user roles may check the current list of suspended applications using the Ineligible Applicants Report, from where they can either reject the application or allow it to proceed. To view the Ineligible Applicants Report, click on View Report.
